Well eureka forbes has been in the market from a long time we used the aquagard classic and it was the best service was extremely prompt and good but that was at our other house for this new house we brought an aquaguard nova and that worked flawlessly for 4 years and service was good and then we changed to this model the guys came to install it on time. and gave a demo.the product is good works well and has been a year the worst is servicewe made a request to the company to cancel the old contract and yet when they call for they dint know which model is to be serviced nor send a guy the last they sent a guy without informing and that to just after warranty expired and when we were going out the guy said we need to make an amc and the machine has to be serviced we argued that there are two pending services in warranty but that hasnt been carried out since a year, he then promised to be back the next day but didnt show up and the only call we get is for making an amc after a few weeks but no mention of the free services.never mind that I dont wish to buy it after a steep deterioration of service support over the years and this has been proved by the numerous negative reviews of this once upon a time good company.well nothing is impossible the catridge filters like the carbon and the other filter can be found in the market (crawford market lanes behind metro shoes in mumbai) and self changed and even cleaned by using the back flush.better to do it my self if a major part fails I junk it and buy from a different company simple

We use it to purify drinking water. Eureka Forbes is a brand we have been using for a very long time and were quite satisfied with its water purifier earlier also. We are confident that Aquasure Crystal UV will also give us pure drinking water.
