The printer does not work at all. The lights are blinking all the time. Called customer support & they fixed it quickly. But then again I moved the printer & it stopped working again.

The product is good for home use day. Catridge is too small. thou refillable. The print quality is excellent and colour comobinations is quite near to the orginal work thou not exactly same. The scan quality is good but file size to save is quite big which HP should improve. Copying again is very and fast. "OVERALL A GOOD PRODUCT FOR HOME USE."
