is this a original battery,,need more help..

The product is totally perfect however battery backup not that as much expected though still considerable replacement product 1 st had the barcode scratched

I faced so many problems with this battery from the day one. I have some queries to would like share with you. 1. On the battery they mentioned it's a 4200mAh. But you mentioned it on snap deal description it's a 4400mAh. Why this difference came? 2. Am getting 1.01hrs backup with this battery. What's wrong with the battery or with my laptop? 3. In the battery check-up (HP assistant support), it is showing calibrate. I followed as it mention on the help to get out the calibrate issue. But still it is appearing. Why it is like that? I enquired in HP care centre, they suggested please repeat the calibrate process for three times, if same error appears please replace the battery with calibrate checked one. I did what they said but still same error. 4. The actual battery capacity is 4200mAh but in order to actual scenario its only 3974mAh (83%). Where is the remaining capacity gone? I know that battery never showed exactly full. But my old one had 44oomAh its capacity is 4200mAh. Why my old one shows like that? 5. There are totally four cells description in batter check. Out of four only three cells showing values remain one showing zero. What's wrong with the fourth one? 6. At the level 0f 20% battery, it suddenly drains to 10% and become dead. Why within two minutes only 20 to 10 % and zero? Why it is happening? 7. I got the battery on 11th April 2014 but in battery life days showing 88 days. How it could be possible?

I needed a battery which boosts my laptop dying already stock battery. So, with the reviews I went and selected this HP battery. Initially while ordering I had a thought that I would receive a duplicate one. But, what I got was the original HP battery and I have tested with my laptop it is giving me a 2.5 hrs of battery life while running on WiFi. Fully satisfied with this product. And recommend grabbing it at this price.

Product is good as a backup battery. Charging takes quite a lot of time and discharges very soon.

Battery is exactly like what is given with the laptop the first time.

HP muo6 battery is really good as a replacement battery for my laptop hp pavillion DV6..bt when i opened the box,i saw everything is from hp only,bt Warranty card shows valid only in JAPAN only..that is very confusing..if it is so,why snapdeal is making this type of deal.. Pros:Product is good,light weight,not getting hot easily.I'm getting at least 3-3.20 min battery life with avg battery usage.. Cons:Warranty is now a big issue now,bcoz it has 3 years warranty,Bt showing valid only in japan.If HP India is not accepting this warranty,then god knows..

Good and packed well and working condition

Battery is a perfect fit for my HP Pavilion DV6 - 3100 laptop. Just received the battery today. So haven't fully tested it. Price is less compared to other sites. Also got 10% cashback using CitiBank Credit Card :) Will write a full review once I do through testing. One confusing thing here is, on the Outer Box it says 1 year limited warranty. Inside box there is Limited Warranty booklet, in that it mentioned as "HP Long Life Batteries : 3 years. Its a little bit confusing.
