This Huawei E8231 can be used with any Prepaid/Postpaid SIM card.I tried both and it works fine with more than 2 operators.Range is also very good, Only drawback is, the pack doesnt contain charger but if you have any spare USB charger with compatible power specification, you can use it to plug this device into power socket.Overall Good Decision to go with this Wingle.

The range of WiFi is around 66-100 meters in plane of sight and in rooms I can able to connect to WiFi for about 2 rooms in between. Wi-Fi everywhere with this product. I can connect to internet in a car while travelling and at home by sharing my internet to all the devices. Perfect device. Range is very good. I can connect from any room in my 1200 sft house. Internet usage can be tracked by mobile app. With a power bank you can create a Wi-Fi hotspot literally everywhere where you have mobile connectivity. I love this product and I recommend. You will have freedom to choose your own mobile network and plan as you can insert any SIM. No hurdles in setting up the device.

Internet Connectivity is good. I used this device with Aircel 3G Sim and network/Speed was good. I feel this device is more than sufficient for the Personal Purpose.
