I am using this product for almost 1 year and never had any issues with product nor service.But the problem is there is no bills provided from service team when they replace the candles.And even not sure what is the actual candle price first time they charged 500 for candle replacement and next time the same candle was replaced after 4 months they asked 250 rupees so pure it must give us approximate prices when we ask for candle replacement

Bought with lot of expectations, due to its brand name. The product is not good enough. It request to change filter often and the customer support people gives false promises to rectify the error soon and never pick the call next time you call them. Ask next Team leader to talk. Buy it at your own risk. Not worth the money
