I am satisfied with this product.. it is very durable product.. sim insertion is quiet difficult in the beginning,after understanding that it became easier,led shows the 2g or 3g with different attractive colours,it is very good product compared to others in the market,but it all depend on ur nerwork operator, dont blame this modem by using poor networks.. the skin is not attractive. it shows some driver installation problems,and the publisher of the software is not specified,and the card reader of this modem is not good at all.. overall it satisfies our needs..

It is a very average product...I bought it seeing the positive reviews..but to be honest the product dint fulfill my expectations...the 2g speed is very slow and most of the times it does not even connect to 2g speed....its show an error..
