The Neckband sound quality is just OK not so GOOD and this is not repairable. The service centre would not repair them they replace the Headset. In first one year they replace but after you have to pay the money according to problem then they replace it.

I have ordered this product ,but fraud snapdeal company is selling duplicate item, while return request fraud company ask pics 3 - 4 times but not a single action taken
