The plastic quality of the product is not that good.

this is my first food processor... everything works so good and smooth. You can buy this one...perfect for price. the only cons i faced: - the lid of chuttney jar is very loose, i have to press it while doing the job, while lids of other jar are good. - the feeding tube in processor jar is narrow. it can only let very thin size cucumber in for slicing. even average size cucumbers wont go in. - it makes more noise while grinding ( well i have to bear with it) - the shredding disc only shreds in one size,, but in video its give u can shred in 2 sizes. - no accessory holder is given. but in box its written its free with this. but i didnot get any. But overall i love its performance. Love the processing jar, and 5 years warranty is cool.

I have bought a Maxie-Plus a week ago, and though I have yet to use all the accessories, I can say that the product is durable, and the motor, powerful. So far I have used it to grind wet masala, and it gave me excellent results - it tunrned out very fine and smooth. I also used the slicer disk to slice tomatoes, onions and cabbage, and I got thin slices much to my satisfaction. I shall return with more reviews after having used the rest of the accessories. The accessory tray which comes as an additional (not optional, as they mention) item, is a blessing as I can now have access to all accessories without having to hunt for them high and low in cabinets and shelves. The flip side of this product is that the instruction manual is in want of much detailed information and illustrations about the product. For example, on page 14, about cleaning the blender jar, it is not made clear regarding inserting the rubber washer and blade assembly into the jar. I do not understand this part at all - don't know what they are talking of. Do we have to dissemble the blade and washer from the jar everytime after use ...??? They have not bothered to explain further. Another thing (though it is a minor thing) is that I wish the grinding stainless steel jars had a transparent dome so we can see the progress while grinding. On the whole, I think, this is a sturdy product with an esthetic design and a powerful motor. For now, until I have made full use of it, I will rate the product with three stars.
