Bad engineering in Kamachi Exer cycle

After using it for hardly one week both the bushes on the swing arm have loosened and now make a lot of noise. The bushes are worn out and have a lot of play creating this noise. Also they left some part in the front disc which rotates along with the wheel which also gives a thumping sound.Poor inspection. Poor engineering overall.If they are building these bikes locally I could give them suggestions.
