Amazing equipment for ur short term goals? Purchased it to shed few extra pounds, feelin satisfied. Only one concern- manual comes with the quidelines that not suitable for persons weighin over 80 kgs. Dun no why, i am bit over 80 kgs n m gonna ignore it completely

Its good product to use in home. Effective only if used continuously.

shows slow effect but effective for weight loss, and daily cardio. comfortable with all age of people, but its seat is very uncomfortable, I hardly able to exercise for 15 to 20 mins, so finally I had to apply cover over seat. overall good for daily body exercise. thumbs up :-)
