My mom has been using Karbonn K102 mobile phone for about 5 months now and it has started showing some serious problems – 3 most disturbing ones are: Charging point isn't working well – the mobile has to be kept in a semi vertical position for charging The phone would switch off automatically even with battery charged – sometimes, in between the call The phone heats up too much these days when in use for more than 5-10 mins – I feel serious security threats using the device any further Overall, a poor quality product that was evident from Day 1, but only had the budget for this :(
