I would recommend this steam cleaner to every home. It's a super product. It features an extremely high quality well built body & accessories. My kitchen really sparkles now. I clean the hob everyday, the kitchen counter, the glass cabinets and glass racks, the chimney, the sink. Anything I can think of that doesn't mind cleaning with steam. The floors are absolutely clean and soft and shiny. I used an H2O X5 steam mop for four years. The quality was excellent and the accessories too. But I find that the Karcer SC4 is far superior in every way. It's an expensive product, and it would have been good if more accessories were included but every part is high quality. Getting used to the floor wiper nozzle can be a hassle at first, but once you get used to it, it's only a minor discomfort. Since only one floor wiper pad is provided, you can use any ordinary thick terry towel and sew your own. You can also sew the hand nozzle cloth. Or you can use a thick hand towel, place the hand nozzle on the towel and switch on the steam power and clean away. The SC has a large tank and you don't have to refill it often. You have to make sure that the heating time is over before you start using it. The green light will stop blinking which indicates that the water is heated. I would recommend using filtered water. I am just so happy with this product. It's one of the best things I've bought. You'll get even more amazing results if you use a Karcher vaccum cleaner before using the steam mop to clean your floors.

Good for a basic household steam cleaner. Worth the money
