My 5 year old hp laptop was very slow and repeatedly getting hang even after installing Windows 10 too. but now it is more rapid responsing and smooth even better than it was first used.

I purchased this product at a very competitive price in the market with on time delivery. It's an excellent product. The only drawback was it's adaptability to recent windows 8.1 software, which was resolved by downloading the trial version from Kaspersky website. Overall splendid product with great service.
Works fine on pc and protect for viruses.

I bought Kaspersky on Snapdeal more for the convenience of online shopping. But I was really really disappointed with the delay in delivery for no valid reason. It came to me after I cancelled the order. Not really worth waiting 20 days for the product which is available in every other shop for a similar price. My computer was exposed and unprotected for over two weeks which was avoidable. I wont buy this kind of product on Snapdeal anymore. Sorry for this negative feedback but I had to write to let you know how your genuine customers feel. Snapdeal would not reach the heights it aims to achieve with this kind of shoddy customer service
