Very bad Experiance

I bought the Lee jeans. They send me wrong size and they refuse to accept when i was send return back to snapdeal`s warehouse without open the product. I call snapdeal customer care more than 10 times ... But they not solve the issue in 15 days .... No support from customer care ....................... no refund , no replacement only cheating
