It works well for training on punching bags. Unlike the 108 inch karate wraps which do not work well for bag training. These 180 inch or 4.5 meter wraps are decent fits and give ample protection to where you want protection. It came in saffron color which I found a bit weird and not there in the picture but that doesn't really matter.

The product is average for the cost. The material does not stretch. This makes the hands go numb very fast and there is no room for breathing. Else the product is keeping my hands safe.
