Quite handy and easy to use product. It took not more than 2 minutes for my parents to open the package and connect online through this webcam. Amazing product !

It is a Superbbb product !! justt awesome... just plug the USB and it is ready to use.... It also gives instruction manual to download the required software ( approx 70 MB ) from logitech website.This software will install the additional features like video recording , clicking a picutre and sharing the videos recorded or pictures clikced via you tube or social netwroking sites.. However for just a video chat , this software is not needed and it will be a matter of just plug and play , plays extremly well on skype and google hangout with clear picture quality ( my mom was able to see the dark circles below my eyes too ;-) ) this shows the clarity with the camera.. also being a VGA camera it wont utilize mch of your internet connection too.

Superb cam for home use.the quality is much higher than what i expected.the only negetive is that the cam is not protected from dust,but for me itz not a problem at all.
