The product is quite good and is working in excellent condition but I have to install it on my own as no authorized engineer came from company to install it. Neither the micromax customer care no. works. When i tried to call the customer care no. so that they may send some authorized representative to unpack the box & install the led monitor I was kept holded for almost 10 minutes and then the line was automatically disconnected..this happened almost 4-5 times as a result of which feeling exhausted I get it installed on my own.

gud product in this range and its clarity also gud, but as said in the specification and even though it is a LED display it looks like LCD bcz if you see the pictures from the side angel it doesn't look nice. but it is a awsome product and price worthy.
