Thanks to Snapdeal for their outstanding and impeccable care and robustness in packaging the product.But I received the monitor after a period of few days from my booking & prepaid under Snapdeal's Golden Scheme of delivery. Sadly they can't deliver by the next day,because Snapdeal couldn't find out a local dealer/distributor in Kolkata!!!! Very funny,laughable and illogical excuse from Snapdeal. Monitor is 21.5cm having full HD(1920x1080) res. Picture quality is great compared to a similar FHD screen monitor from AOC at my House. Colours are vivid and vivrant with anti-glare screen feature. There is no power led bulb on the surface portion of monitor,so it is difficult to ascertain.whether the monitor is in live/open condition or not,unless any image springs on its screen.
