serfvice is not good for customer helping

The phone is switching off automatically despite having full battery. Sound is monographic and irritates quite much while listening on head phone. Speaker quality is very bad and gives very low sound for incoming calls.

Micromax at its worst I brought this product , was so annoyed in a day, problem's I faced : 1] Battery when charged up to 100% lasts only 3-4 hours [Maximum] 2] The mobile gets switched off often, you can't turn on the mobile again buy long holding the power key. you need to compulsory remove the battery and re insert into it, else your mobile phone wont swtich on. 3] It's the same case with many applications, eg: take radio, when you try to turn off the app, it doesnt turn off..... you again need to remove battery and re insert to stop the app. 4] The build quality is very poor. 5] Internal Memory is veryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy less!!

this is worst mobile.. i exchanges the mobile in a week from micromax centre coz of its unnecessary shut down.. the new one also goes hang lots of the time in easy tasks like making call or messages.. this mobile is worthless guys.. please dont purchase it

This product is good in looking & its features but it has manufacturing defect as it switch off automatically and the instrument got heated too much.

GREAT PHONE AT THE COST IT IS AVLIABLE

good enough for personal use. battery life is satisfactory as far as standby/talk time is concerned. but drains fast when surfing the net. got the item at a decent discount. feel i got my money's worth. thanks to snapdeal.
