the basic features such as vibration mode is not existing, ring tone volume is tooooooo feeble and difficult to identify the incoming call while driving,for 3" display touch and type facility will be an added advantage, screen guard should have been included in the package, the charging usb to micro usb cable received is defective, hope will be replaced or get it replaced by snaapdeal..... for the price, phone is ok, but over all needs improvement to win hearts of the customers

Awesome mobile i ever purchased... very lightweight easy to contol and lot of functions at this low price.. amazing. Only one problem is to open its back cover and inserting sim 2. Otherwise its the best product. Close your eyes and order it.. every one loves it.

The features of the phone are as mentioned. Contains most of the features mentioned except for EZMAIL. The camera is decent and requires good light to click a decent pic. It has a big screen and is a dual sim (GSM+GSM) phone. The back panel is aluminium and hence it makes the phone durable. The design of this device is very poor. The back panel does not have a point from where it can be opened. You would require good nails or some thin pointed tool to open the back panel. It is a complete solid back and it cannot be slided to open hence it becomes a problem trying to open it. It supports memory card upto 8GB and is able to open jpg files of big size. It opened 5 MB image and dispalyed in image viewer which very less phones in this price range are capable of. It contains features like Messaging (SMS+MMS), Calling (but both slots are not active at the same time i.e. if one SIM is busy then the other SIM number if dialled will not be reachable.), Bluetooth, For internet it has WAP and STK, Music and video player, FM (player + recorder). It has a good battery backup and can be used for long talks. The bigger screen is good for videos. The most poor thing about this device is its ring volume. The phone has very low ring volume even when set to maximum value (15). This turns opposite when earphones are plugged in. The maximum volume for ring is 15 but when ear phones are plugged in even at volume level set to 1 it is quite loud. Due to this poor ring volume this phone does not sound alert when it is in some different room or when you are travelling. While on call the microphone and internal earphone have clear sound. All in all this is a decent or average phone but when price considered the rating would turn to good as it has all the features required that a feature phone can provide. Hope this could help.
