SCROLLING IS NOT AT ALL GOOD NO PERFECT GRIP AT ALL

PROS: Mouse - Quite smooth and responsive. Works on lot of different surfaces. Has an on/off switch to save battery life when not in use. Although requires two AA sized batteries, but works fine with one as well. Has great range (tried with 15 feet). Keyboard - Keys feel light and sensitive. Standard keyboard layout and plus lot of shortcut keys to make your frequent tasks easier. All the 12 function keys alternatively act as short cut keys to frequently used tasks such as save, print, undo, redo, etc. There is a dedicated key for calculator as well.In addition 5 short cut keys are provided which you can assign to open a file, folder, location or application. It is specially handy if you have certain application or folder that you access on a regular basis. The keyboard also has basic media player controls like play/pause, previous/next, volume up/down. These controls work with media players other than Windows Media Player (tried with Spotify). It has a battery life indicator. It turns on when the battery is inserted and goes off again. I guess its purpose is to indicate battery life only when the battery level goes down. It has a housing compartment for the USB receiver so the chances of loosing it when you are travelling are reduced. Typing is quite effortless and fast since the keys are placed at a low height. Range, similarly to mouse is great. Installed the MS IntelliType software which allows you to configure both mouse and keyboard. On screen prompts alerts when CAPS and Num Lock are pressed. The palm rest reduces strain on you wrists. CONS: Mouse - Initially the mouse feels quite heavy and big. The weight is primarily because of the 2 AA sized batteries. As mentioned above, you can add one only to cut back on the weight. The size and weight might take some time to get used to if you have been using wired one like me. Keyboard - The keys are placed very near to each other. Although this makes typing faster, this might also cause you to hit the wrong keys accidentally. Again, with a little time spent using it, this can be solved. Around 3/4 of the top has glossy finish and is a finger print magnet (the bottom 1/4 makes up the palm rest with a matte grid-like finish).

The keyboard in my opinion is great. The feel is plenty comfortable. If you get a proper working mouse, then it.would probably be great as well.

Its a very good keyboard and a slightly heavy mouse. Its battery consumption is pretty low. The batteries I got along with the purchase lasted me almost a year. KEYBOARD Lots of buttons with multiple customizable functionality. Has a very unique design that looks really stylish. Mainly built for personal use only. Slightly annoying to not have indicators for Caps, Num & Scroll locks...something we have'nt gotten used to over the years. Can be easily cleaned from the inside by removing the screws (I wont suggest it to people who don't know how to put it back together). Collects a fair amount of dust (on the outside) over time but can be easily brushed off. Soft keys makes for quick typing. Very good button layout that makes it fairly wide in size though. Unless you have a wide keyboard tray its hard to keep the keyboard and mouse next to each other. MOUSE The mouse is blue-track works on literally all surfaces and believe me i've tried it on nearly 15 different ones (just for the heck of it). Slightly bulky though. Has a noise-less scroll which is good. Might be sticky to move at first due to its weight but easy to get used to. The scroll can also slant left and right for 2 more clicks (buttons).

simple to install. fast delivery. microsoft mouse has amazing scroller. excellent quality. PRICE IS WORTH QUALITY dont like to use other mouse after using it. i just love this product. i used this for home education for my son. connected laptop to 32" led tv and my home turns into big projector room !!! LOVE TO WORK ON IT FOR WEB BROWSING, ON LINE SHOPPING ETC.

Its the best ever Keyboard and Mouse Combo. Well Its from Microsoft so quite expensive but with a 3 year warranty there is no need to fear . The Design is excellent and with a nice palm rest. The Mouse works on BLUETRACK Technology so no need of a mouse pad, Simply works on any surface. The Mouse is little bit heavy and there is no mute key on keyboard but overall its a great buy. JUST GO FOR IT....

The keyboard is very nice with lots of exciting features. The design is good, especially the hand-rest at the bottom. You can change the multimedia keys functionality to open your favorite program or perform a macro with Microsoft mouse and keyboard center(you need to download it from Microsoft). keys are comfortable to press. the mouse is also good. It has bluetrack and it works nice on different surfaces. I dislike the wheel though. It looks delicate and is little hard to click middle button. Clicking the middle mouse button makes me feel like i am doing some damage to the device.

Not for the professionals... Last row of the keyboard is bend, and keyboard makes a noise. Mouse is heavy. No indication for caps on/off key. Keyboard is not having on/off button......

Looks Keyboard-5, mouse-4 (out of 5) Here the images wasnt great just google it for detailed one's. Performance Mouse was too heavy(it's like weight of dumbbell) as it has two batteries and difficult to operate the central button of mouse which is pretty bad to expect such product from microsoft. Keyboard is great, good space b/w the keys and additional functional keys also provided. Except the 'esc' every key was good, it was a bit uneasy to operate for games. Finally its a wonderful combo to have but you have to compromise for the mouse, no second thought in case of keyboard. You have a on/off button for mouse but not for keyboard :(
