This steam mopper is nice except for the fact that it has a short power cord making it difficult to reach every corner of the room and that it needs a large plug point which is not always available in all rooms. It would be nice if the product has a long winding cord something similar to that in a vaccum cleaner cause the cord comes in between while cleaning the room.

It is very easy to use, it looks very attractive, its weight is easy to handle while in use. Its reachability to corners is very good. Steam instantly comes out . it cleans the tiled floors very thoroughly and easily . Tiled floor sparkles after cleaning. The mop pad is absorbant enough .Only one pad comes with product which could be more ideally. It does not emit continuous steam like morphy richards' compact steam cleaner. It emits steam in short bursts when released which I did not know before buying.But one can plan and manage the cleaning accordingly. From my recent buy and few days of using , I can say that it is not a Must buy if you are not a cleaning freak, but is a good aid for the ones who may wish for that extra cleanliness . It is not intended to be used for anything other than floor/ carpets. The microfibre pad can be handwashed and reused easily. The steam mop stands on its own , so is very convenient to keep it anywhere upright. Its cord length is ample and can be conveniently wound over the hooks provided . I like the design of the product-it is done thoughtfully. It uses 15A plugs! I have not tried it on hardwater stains on bathroom floors , i will give that review after my trial....
