This adapter is useless on Windows 8 OS

I tried Netgear adapter with Netgear router but it seems that it is not compatible with Windows 8 OS, so this adapter didnt solved my purpose.

Very useful gadget

I have an old Acer laptop that has a weak wi-fi card. Till now, the signal would fade and sometimes drop. After connecting the Netgear Wireless USB adapter, the problem has disappeared. I would say this gadget is most useful where the wi-fi card is weak or of an old version.

Nice Gear for a desktop

Its a nice product if you are having a desktop setup for a wifi. This product is not meant for heavy online gaming or heavy downloading stuff as these guys says itself. if you guys in need for that they are having a more advanced stuff from these guys itself. its just for regular web surfing. It does catches wifi from a reasonable distance too.
