The good points about Nexus pure: 1. The quality of RO is good 2. Delivered the same product as shown on the snapdeal website. 3. The After sales service is also commendable as they will call immediately after 24 hrs of delivery and installation request will be taken. 4. The technician's are well trained and well mannered. 5. The packaging is also great it comes with double Box packaging with thick thermacol in it and the with fragile mark on it. 6. The purification method is complete 10 stages and the TDS reduction is almost about 96%, which is quite good. 7.The price of product is very affordable as compared to other popular brands. 8.You can also ask for AMC for your product which means the warranty will be extended. The points to be improved by nexus pure is: 1. The Office timing is 11.30 AM to 5.30 PM , this should be increased as it will help the customers who comes late from office. 2. Nexus pure can also provide TDS meter with the product which can help the customer to check TDS by themselves. Points to be improve by SNAPDEAL: 1. Improve your Delivery timing as they delay the product mostly. 2. The customer care number is not contactable. 3. The upadation process is very late.
