This mobile is very good to use both personal and for business usages Very useful mobile in every features Windows is a good mobile OS,but android lovers hate this I bought it before 6 months and feel great that this mobile was good for personal use ON the first day of launching it was heard that the lumia was a big flopd ana when I usd it I founf it very useful The mobile I loved the most is Windows mobile htc has also windows mobiles but nokia is still best in windows mobiles. htc 8s is a good windows mobile but lumia 720 is better than htc. If you plan to buy htc 8s then think before buying, Best mobile for personal usages and daily usages screen is very sentive

Got this brand new NL720 (yellow color) about 3 days back.. So far everything is good about the phone. The phone looks quite premium when u hold it on your hand. Nokia has done a good job in terms of build quality, UI, the touch and exclusive apps. The battery is good enough to last for more than 1 day even for heavy users. The camera is excellent and has great features like smart shoot, Glam me. The only problem is 512 MB ram. I have not yet downloaded any games bcoz of low ram. Whatsapp takes time to start. Overall its a good phone and has all the basic apps available on the store. I am pretty happy as I got the phone for Rs.16991. Good deal by Snapdeal

Windows 8 has only one problem of security, which is carries for wifi which does not connect in router has WEP security type. also, setting ringtone or making playlist for your own, song should be legel one that you can download from nokia music store. Else, this phone looks awesome, touch, camera, OS is just fantastic.

upon inserting the sim into my brand new 720, I realized that I wasnt able to hear the person on the other end ...went to nokia care who said the ear speaker was gone and it would take 10 working days to repair....Nokia should have a proper Quality Control before dispatching their phones ...these cases spoils the fun of buying a new phone
