This one is a handy product. I'm satisfied with this product. Rating this on 4, since I do not find the charging base uneasy. You need to be careful when placing the iron to the charging base, else the charging point may not be in contact.

This is certainly a good product. I would recommend that for good steam you should use normal-tap water (not the RO treated). Ideally it is supposed to have a click sound or a latch feeling while you put back iron on the base, which is missing and sometimes when thermostat puts iron off gives a feeling that you have not restored it properly on the base; however it's not something you can't understand while using this product. Overall it gives a hassle-free ironing.

good for travel with iron in my room good but with some drawback u have wait till it get heat again and again which waist of time

Product is Good,but the condition in which it was delivered was very bad.even base unit seal was tampered. Attaching snaps for ref.
