Im not happy with the product

On 12th jun 2016 I placed an order for hand blender.I received it on 18th jun. Today when I try to use it i have discovered that its not working

I have not really used it for its purpose yet since it came only today. From the initial look and test looks like a good buy. It has five speed option with two pairs of blades as shown in the picture. All speed options works to its design. The handle and model is comfortable to hold and work. The blades are easy to remove and place it in.
