The product does not work at all! The plates do not heat up- as a matter of fact- the sandwich maker just stands still- does nothing at all- none of the functions- toasting, grilling, sandwich making could be performed- as it does not even heat the bread inside- it does not even heat the grilling plates. Wasted 2 hours, initially I thought it will work after a while, still at the end of it the meal was spoilt because the sandwich maker would not work at all. Highly disappointed with the product, will never recommend anyone to buy this.

worst product i have ever used..burnt itself on first use.

Bought this a few days back. grate product. like to make grild sandwiches. this makes gud grild sandwiches and has non stik coating which doesnt let any food stick. easy to clean the non stik plate. i make 4 sandwiches at 1 go. also comes with 1 year warranty. doesn't take much space also. price is a little high. should have been under 1000. Collected through an in-person interaction with customer.

Good Product.Though top is heating up during use. require caution while handling.OTher wise good in it's class compareto prestige/Bajaj etc
