B oth the sound quality and range of the cordless units is good for usage on ground and first floor at our home. The intercom also works fine and its the product i was looking for.
Pros: Handy, lightweight, easy to set up, good sound quality. Cons: Has basic but not advanced features. Verdict: Excellent product if you consider the low cost. Meant for those who need a no-nonsense, sturdy Cordless. Those who want a set overflooding with feautues, many of which may never be used, double the cost.

The secondary handset does not charge properly. And this is within a month of purchase! The reception quality is also not great through the house.
