The rice cooker is working very well. The product was delivered to us in a good condition. Overall, our experience with the purchase is good.

For making perfect rice, there is nothing to beat Panasonic rice cookers and that's why I own two of them already, of different capacities of course. One is used for our daily needs and the other for parties. It was, therefore, with some trepidation and guilt that we succumbed to the temptation to order a third Panasonic rice cooker. And we are thrilled to the core. This one is NOT only a rice cooker but an excellent steaming device for steaming vegetables and momos, dhokhlas and making two sizes of idlis. We couldn't have asked for more! As usual, Snapdeal gave us a deal that was better than what other online dealers were offering. In addition, the item was packaged well and delivered in time.

Happy the way its been packed and delivered, even though i hardly made any saving but the product delivers value for money, no more mess in the kitchen saves lot of time i am happy to recommend to my friends and relatives

The product has few manufacturing problems .. like the on/off switch is not working properly and the bowl is fxing hardly (i.e., very tight)
