This is a Good Product overall, needs to be better. The unit which I received is "Made in Japan". This was clearly quiet old unit which they shipped, but it was unused. The packaging was totally warn out-which made me quiet worried and I was expecting the worst as I opened it. I would like to give a single star to seller for the shabby packaging. But the unit inside was mostly untouched. Installation was not much of a hassle, I contact Panasonic on my own instead of depending on snapdeal to arrange it. Water quality was satisfactory. But the unit started draining out. The storage tank once filled completely at night, would reverse drain to empty level by next day afternoon. This flaw is quiet serious; I complained to Panasonic. There service man has temperarily repaired a one-way flow valve inside. I am just hoping the draining problem will not pop-up again soon enough.

High quality purifier with really effective RO (TDS reduced from 450~ to 40-50ppm), with UV, sedimentation filter etc. Great buy, good discount.
