This is just perfect to mince veggies and blend and mix other batter etc. The best thing I love about this that the lower part can be removed and washed without having to worry about water entering the motor. The jars are right size for a small kitchen. The motor is powerful enough to do everything. I blend cold coffee, beat eggs, crush ice, mince carrots, onions soyabean etc. I used it exclusively while staying away from home and never missed a mixer-grinder. Mincing vegges save a plenty lot of time (and tears while cutting onions :p) For me this is perfect value for money.
