Philips is the reliable brand. I m saying this coz I m using diffent products of this btand and m fully satisfied. When we talk about the sound philips always deliver the best sound quality. This philips home theater got all the quality which m luking for. Here are some gr8 qualities of this product: 1) It plays all vdo formats including 3d pictures 2) deliver the gr8 sound 3)luking of this home theater is so cool 4)Bass sound is so high 5) when i play 5.1 Format movies i feel a true theater experience

Its good looking. Need improvement for useability without TV interface. Slightly disappointed with sound quality than expectations from Phillips.

I am facing following issues or otherwise would have given 5 star. - HDMI ARC does not work when other devices (like HD STB) is connected with TV or Home Theatre with other HDMI port. So I have to use optical cable for 5.1 sound output. - It does not remember wifi setting once the power is off. So every time you want to connect to wifi, you have to go through whole wifi setup procedure. - Remote seems to be somewhat cheap. -Also during setting the distance of the speakers one have to go back and forth between volume and speaker distance menu to get correct setup. If you can overlook above mention issues you can go for it.

I bought this on snapdeal few weeks back. I am telling u what, this is worth of every penny u spend. Pros: 1. When u play the right content the sound quality it produce is awesome. Especially the surround effect. 2. Bluetooth, wi-fi, USB, Audio In, HDMI everything works fine as specified. 3. The tallboy speakers are about 4.5 ft tall and the design is very attractive. wire length is more than sufficient. 4. You can configure the distance between each speakers so that the system will produce surround effect based on that. 5. You can select the sound mode, based on your the content u r playing. It supports 5 channel stereo, 2 channel stereo, 5 channel multi(surround). Have not tested the Blu-Ray yet. Cons: 1. If won't remember the wi-fi setting. After power off it will forget the network settings. If you want to access network share u need to configure network again. which is boring 2. It takes more than 20 secs to power up. :/ 3. when switching from one sound mode to other sound mode sound will not come until u go back to home screen and come back. Example if you are in Bluetooth play(BT) and you want to watch TV then u will press home button and select HTMI there. Now you can see the picture but sound will not come. you have to go to home screen again and press HDMI again :| now the sound will come. This is too bad, some rookie tester can also find this easy bug. How come this was not handled by Philips? But overall, if u look at only the good aspects keeping the negative aside then this is a very good home theater.(y) Hope this helps someone.

Perfect Blu Ray Home Theatre System I was already having one Blu Ray HTS for my bedroom (HTS3541) and after being satisfied with features and quality i decided to go for bigger one for my hall.I have been using the since august 2013 and find the following features worth mentioning. 1. Inbuilt WiFi:I watch You Tube, Play movies from my smartphone, using my smartphone as remote control, internet radio without breaks 2. Inbuilt Bluetooth: Plays audio directly from my smartphone, laptop and other bluetooth enabled devices. 3. SMART TV: Using this as SMART TV with my non-smart LED TV. 4. Two USB Ports: One in front with 1A Current and Other at rear with 500 mA current. I am using rear one with all my pendrives (32 GB), External HDD (1TB-Toshiba Canvio and 2TB-Western Digital). If I am able to play 2TB External HDD with rear usb port having 500mA current then front USB would still be more useful.Moreove if both USB ports are being used the home theatre becomes USB Hub and it displays both the USB devices and ask you to select from which device media to be played. 5. Two HDMI Ports: Can connect multiple devices/monitors/TV. 6. Digital Optical Input: I am using it with digital optical 5.1 Channel Output from Dish TV HD Plus Box and getting Home Theatre Surround Dolby Digital Sound for all HD Channels (Zee Cinema HD, Star Gold HD, Movies Now HD, Star Movies HD etc). 7.Power 1000 Watts RMS: Thundering Bass Performance, Several Sound Modes (clear sound, powerful, bright etc) 8. Wireless Rear Speakers: Ofcours an additional device(approx Rs.4000) has to be purchased but its worth to get freedom from clutter of wires. 9.Anynet Connect: It lets me control both my HTS & Samsung TV using single remote. That single remote can either be HTS Remote or TV Remote. Single remote is sufficient for both. IN VIEW OF ABOVE, I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WHOSOEVER DESIRES TO HAVE HOME THEATRE SYSTEM WHICH IS MUST WITH LED TVs HAVING EXCELLENT PICTURE QUALITY BUT POOR SOUND SYSTEMS.

I reviewed thousand times and finally decided to get this from Snapdeal. What a great product,sound,bass infact thunderrrring bass. Im watching utube videos directly from the BR player with a wifi connection. No need to go to a theater and spend rupees.Get a good quality movie(even downloaded) and you will enjoy thundering bass with surround sound. Philips always wins.Each tall boy speaker is more than 3.5ft and sexy looks all around.

i have a tata sky hd+ box and this product has amazing clarity of sound with tata sky hd+ box than i have enjoying a great sound experience and i am very very satisfy with this product
