Product takes time in getting heated up. Very complicated to use. Not very effective.

The straightener is a waste...n d crimper doesn't give long lasting results. The curler is the one that does its job better...it gives you the curl u want, the spiral for making ringlets is not efficient..i become satisfied by using only the curler. The most important con of the product is that it comes without a manual..which makes the user go blank how to use it for the first time.

The product is not that much effective as it should be. Straightening effect is not as good as we get it from other straighteners/parlours. If you have long hair and you want to curl it, then the curler is not really going to help you. It curls only at the tip ends. Rest all hairs remain straight and it doesn't help on frills too.

this product is for daily use... and does not burn hair as many cheap product does.... it is easy to use. I like it

Product is very good add per it's price. Mt wife loves it and uses it almost daily and spend like 20 minds on.

light weight,attractive reasonable price

well this product is suitable for almost straight hairs.it is disastrous on dry hairs,experienced a lot of hair fall.the curlers work effectively but the curls stays for a long time while straightening doesnt ....
