As Philips had very well reputation in sound technic. I was and yet now I am using my cassette player by Philips. Nice working it so any one can trust on Philips.producproduct I got is more than value for money.u don't need costly product like BOSE. Try this it had amazing sound quality. Bass sounds great. As well as treble sounds nice also.product is look wise is also great.material of cord and holder r good.every can and should carry this good great sound.

i purchased the philips sbchl140 Headfone and it is a fair deal for money. The audio quality is good but volume is a bit low.. The air vents provided enhance bass .. The cable is strong and can resist mild accidental pulls. The drawback with the headband is tha it sometimes uproots few hairs when you try to remove it as the length adjustment provided is average and not well designed so the hairs get entangled and are uprooted. Another thing u will miss is the absence of mic. Overall it is a good lightweight headfone but the absence of mic and poor desing of headband is annoying..could get a better headfone with a little bit more price
