Amazing product by Philips. Very flexible ear hooks that doesn't come off no matter how much you shake. Good sound quality. Ear plugs cancel outside noise. When I got the headphones, the box in which it came was tampered. Seal was intact but box was opened from the side. This was a disappointment. Can't say for sure if the product is original or duplicate.

Bass is not good EXPECTED AND

fits tight, dosent fall off while jogging. fullfillrd my requirement, quality is good.

The product quality is ok but Snapdeal service was bad. the product was not delivered even after 20 days. i had to go to courier office to collect the shipment. moreover the freebies offered were missing. i have written to Snapdeal about the freebies but no action since one week.

The Philips headset is really good and amazing.. But the Vendor who is shipping the product/snapdeal seems to be the opposite. The freebies that have been promised along with the product were not provided till date even after multiple followups. The only response we get via phone support or email support of Snapdeal is Apologies and we will fix the issue in next 48 hours.. Thats the only response we ever get from them.. Overall.. PRODUCT IS AMAZING BUT SNAPDEAL AND THE VENDOR SUCKS!!!

The quality is so bad that it broke in just 3 days with regular use at the gym. The sound quality is also very bad with almost no bass.
