OK, it's easy to handle but at the time of using steam, I felt difficult to use.

I have ordered this product thrice, but did not receive the quality product. issues: Scratches on sole plate, water leakage. I would recommend to buy this product from either flipkart or amazon not Snapdeal. Pathetic service from snapdeal, there is not stringent quality check from snapdeal.
