Doesnt work from the time I bought it

The webcam has not worked since the day I got it. I have installed the drivers and the software and still kept getting an error message. Later, i tried many websites and tried all possible solutions. Updated my laptop and also tried other drivers. Didnt work. Their website doesn't have a feedback space too. I suggest others to go for a little expensive and better cameras. Coz if it won't work, its of no use.

This is very nice looking and good working but the led lighting is very poor and in sufficient for clarity
