i am witting about printer after using it for 4 months. and my experience is really good because i ve printed nearly 3000 prints in 3 months and refill it approximately 3 times. easy to refill. service from ricoh side is really fantastic. i got it repaired in guarantee period by company side with in 48 hours. so best product at this price. just one thing not good is both side printing is a little difficult due to paper jam.

Very Bad...not compatible with Mac...and does not work proper;y with Windows too...driver does not load properly...manual does not lead the correct way...paper does not goes in properly...all together it was a bad buy...DONT EVER BUY THIS
I am very disappointed after receiving my printer Aficio SP 100 . Since it has no windows 7 64 bit drivers.

Its cheap compared to other laser printers. I got 2 refill pouch vouchers along with the printer. I find loading paper is a bit problem rest is good. read more
