(From CD) 1)Insert CD and hit setup.exe 2)select language 3)Install Both DDT Printer driver and Smart Organizing Monitor. From Web 1)Download both DDT Printer driver and Smart Organizing Monitor for your OS 2)Extract them in a folder 3) Connect the "Device" to a PC using a USB cable and then power on the "Device". 4) Automatic installation of the device driver will appear to start and then fail, displaying the message "Device driver software was not successfully installed". Close this message. 5) Open "Device Manager". 6) The "Device" should be listed under "Other devices". Right- click "Device" and select "Update Device Software...". 7) When the "Update Device Software" screen is displayed, select "Browse my computer for driver software". 8) Browse to the folder containing the driver files extracted archive downloaded from the website) and click "OK". 9) Follow the on screen instructions to complete the installation. Utility called "Smart Organizing Monitor for SP 100 Series" counts number of pages printed,it will give you an idea when to refill cartridge.

Great Product. Slim, Easy to set up and use, Very Sharp print quality. Only 2 buttons so very convenient. Got 2 toners extra free. The free toner coupons inside had expired but still the company accepts the coupon code on their RICOH website as they have extended the scheme. Recommended for all users who only need black prints.

Its working good. No issues so far. Sometimes the paper does not move from the tray and manually needs to be pushed, otherwise its good.

I have purchased 4 such printers of which 3 printers are having fine results also i have surprised by amazing feature of refill by luck one product found damaged in packing

It is a great b/w laser printer. There are only 2 buttons for operation so it is very easy to use. I would recommend this printer for home/small office work. It's print quality is good.Low price. Its cheap compared to other laser printers.
