The product not so good and definitely not steel. It broke away near the thread while fitting. Not so durable.
Full marks to the delivery which was timely. I ordered two valves. Packing was average and bill/invoice paper was reused as rear side had order details of a different customer and a different product ordered from Flipkart. Coming to the product, CONS 1) The picture posted on website is of original inlet valve as furnished by purifier company. However, the one shipped is not the same, the connecting pipe is made of iron and not brass which is chrome plated and bound to rust in few days. 2) The original purifier blue valve operating lever is non-magnetic but the one shipped is again made of iron which is bound to rust. 3) Connecting pipe is very heavy and longer in length than the original. 4) Overall if you want a "cheap" replacement opt for this product where most fittings are made of iron else opt for rust free brass original product. PROS 1) Timely delivery and dispatch of product.
