I gifted this to my brother-in law and to wasn't delivered in the home. Gatti courier said its not in their range and wanted us to collect. I felt very bad since I asked my brother-in law to go and collect this TV, since I was in out station. Product is good..

yet the product was delivered on time but no installation was provided even upon contacting the customer care no response was given .there was no one to keep a check neither the samsung customer care agents came ,box kept lying for 2 days unless i needed to hire with extra payment to get it installed .bad bad bad service
