I have received this product very quickly and it is working fine as per the product features.
This is my first android device and I had a thrill in using this device. Good job in making this masterpiece. Pros: Touch is great, nice looks, very fast and no lags, headphone provided is great, very nice display, clear and crisp Cons: Battery backup is poor, Overall: I am happy with the device and I think it is a great smartphone and people should really buy it rather than buying a high end smartphone like Samsung or some others which offer similar features for high prices. If you are on minimal budget 10k - 15k then go for this. If you are concerned about the brand and status then no one can stop you from opting for other brands.

SOUND: This device produces best music i have ever heard in a phone, only my Cowon D2+ provides a better headset sound than this, plus the unique features like: Sound Adapt (which customizes the sound as per the headphone/headset), Lyrics Integration, Smart Equalizer, and Voice commands for audio playback seriously improves the user experience. Don't use third party music players like player pro or poweramp as the stock music player is best. I have tried them all and ultimately un-installed them despite having an full version purchased for my earlier devices. HARDWARE: I am using 16 screen widgets, which need constant data from rss feeds, apart from the 112 downloaded applications. Still, the phone is still working smooth and nice. Now beyond this i don't want some torture tests as i have installed all the useful applications i need.

the sound quality of this set is very very poor ring tones are not audible enough the samsung authorised store confirm about sound quality and say they are unable to help
