I had a demo of this tab some time back and was almost certain to buy it. But when I looked at its weight, I had to change my mind. Secondly, my personal opinion is that people buy tablets over laptops because of higher portability. In case of Samsung Galaxy Tab 2, the size of screen is 7 inches, which makes it impossible to come in pocket. Now, if you would like to carry it along with you, you have to hold it in your hand which would be little painful. This is a generic issue with 7 inches tab, not specific to this particular tab. I recently found that the price of this tab has been dropped (by 4k). However, I am waiting for a decent product from Samsung which could accomodate in the pocket. Till then, I would prefer to use my smartphone instead!

No usb port. Need to use an OTG cable which is not comfortable and no guarantee. Also no support for internet dongle which is really bad since its such an expensive device. Camera is really bad compared to ordinarily available mobile phones. Otherwise it is very smooth to use and sturdy.
