The plastic parts set on the metal pole are weak; probably the gum with which they were stuck on the pole were weak. Bucket is okay.

my mother have some back problem and sometimes when maid take a leave it was very difficult for my mom to clean our home. But with the help of this mop she can easily do their work without and difficulty. buy it if you love your mom,wife and sister. and sometimes it may handy for men also.

it is very good product, it is a blessing for the person who is having back ache and oldy. it is easy to use and cleans the floor well like we clean by our own hands. worth to gift it to your near one's too :)

Mine is broken within one month of use,wouldn't recommend to anyone. The Mops is still in use but you need to squeeze the mop with your hand like ordinary mops
