I bought this headset from retailers not from online.. Excellent product... Really great sound and compoftable.. Basically Sennheiser headset has 2 years of warranty i dont know why here only one year.. Please confirm this with SD care before buy the product.

Sennheiser basic models from INR 500 to 1000 are much much better than this .

worst earphone, do not buy.. after few minutes of listening you feel ache in your ear due to its high bass which is so awful

I was expecting to replace my stock Samsung earplugs with these Sennheiser plugs. In the least, I was expecting the audio quality to be *significantly* better. To my utter disappointment, the plugs have an incredibly high treble throughput. Although the audio quality was much better than my Samsung's, but I found myself adjusting the treble output for any device way low to be able to use the Sennheiser with them. Moreover, the build quality is extremely filmsy. The wires are so thin that you'd be in danger of snapping them every now and then. On the whole, a pretty disappointing product.

Hearing thru various headsets over time and this one you really feel the difference in thumping bass it produces, no distortion. a good buy

The jack should be improved, as it needs to be rotated everytime to operate the power switch.
