Remote Button is not working

Remote volume button is not working and i have replaced it, and the replaced one also having same problem.

Pretty good DVD Player for its price range

This pretty much satisfied all the specs I was looking for:- --Needed both NTSC & PAL to play few videos I recorded in US --Needed Component Video outputs for my TV which this player has --Needed the player to support DVD +R/-R single layer disks which it does This also has 5.1 audio output - very useful feature. However I am not using that since I have connected directly coaxial out to my amp. The only thing I wish this player also had -- "Region Free" capability. Will poke around with the firmware later to see if can be converted to region free.
