the quality is not that great.. had issues in the water cooler after a few days of usage.. water started to leak out from the back side..

Its not too big, or heavy, has sufficient airflow for my room. Very good cooling. Although had a bad experience with symphony's customer care. When I received this cooler, the fans were like jammed and I had to push the fan to make them work every single time. It was worst when there was a power cut at night and the fan would not automatically start when power supply was restored. I thought that the fans would work normally after 5 or 10 days but they didn't. And by that time snapdeal's 7 days return policy expired and I had only one hope to get it fixed i.e. symphony's customer care. Called them multiple times.... and got it finally fixed like after 3 months..... WOAH.... their customer service was soooo bad in Hyderabad. I hope nobody has to face the same thing again. Now after the fix, the cooler works as it should and I'm totally satisfied for what I paid.

Thank you for the perfect delivery and its good and sufficient for cooling a small space..the water inlet has to planned better by the manufactures something like a bigger cone like opening which runs steep inside perhaps? unlike the small flat one in front which spills out water.,rest is cool.!

TILL DATE WORKING OK. NO PROBLEM FOUND SO FAR. JUST TELL US HOW TO REPLACE COOLING PADS. OR IS THERE ANY SERVICING IS REQUIRED OR NOT ?

The cooler is of good quality, the only thing is it is very small in size and is effective for one person only.

Absolute worth product. Highly recommended. Small compatible and up to the mark as per the configs. Best for a small room of 100 sq.ft - 120 sq.ft
