Poor connectivity & downloads on Wi-Fi devices,

Hi! The Wi-Fi router is powered through a 3g/4g dongle and the download speeds on Wi-Fi devices connected were the poorest hardly to the tune of one MBPS which is not at all satisfied. The engineer who visited was educated that LAN connectivity must be used instead of dongle. Since the router also supports the dongle connectivity but with poor low speed downloads on wireless devices,.hence I decided to return the item & asked for refund.

Good device but really difficult to configure

The device is really good in terms of design and portability. But it is really difficult to configure it for use correctly. I have been trying to set it up to use with my wired broadband and after more than 8hrs of meddling it has only been a partial success. I am able to connect only my main device(laptop) to the internet. All others show up with a message 'No Internet'. I would recommend buying the micromax portable modem instead of this.
