Everything is fine...but I faced a major prob with the external disk..I was unable to transfer a 5 GB file.

Software included to backup and also to format which can be used to set right your internal hard drive if corrupted. Very easy to use and not delicate, which is a boon to someone like me who keeps dropping stuff!

Build quality is very good. its the best as far as I've seen. The speed is good. In USB2, I got around ~30MB/s read/write time. In USB3, read 80MB/s, write 70MB/s. These are the speed noted in TeraCopy for copying huge files(~ in GBs). I'm satisfied with it.

Its an absolutely brilliant product.. getting transfer speed of 22-24 mbps from laptop to drive and 30-34 mbps from drive to laptop.. absolutely great design, looks and style

Iam using this for my important data storage. Things that are great about it is it is shock proof. So nothing to worry about if it is accidentally dropped.It also have very great speed in usb2.0and 3.0.Another plus point is its data cable is longer than other hard drives. I think it's a very great product of transcend.

I am a gadget lover kinda person, so just want to say, after extensive study about performance and safety features Ive procured this product. And I must, must and must RECOMMEND you this hard disk , just buy n enjoy ! . I have a seagate and a buffalo HDD but this is fastest one !!! . I ws unable to believe when i saw with USB3.0 .....it was 210 mbps transfer !!!, MANNNNN, it was terribely fast!! . no other HD have this fast speed (as per my knowledge and xperience) . and its Physical protection is US militry drop test approved!!...JUST GO FOR IT!!!! CHEERS!!
